Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kashfbank ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
Kashfbank is provided for personal and professional use to convert bank statement PDFs into structured data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any documents you submit. Do not upload documents belonging to others without authorization.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Starter — $19/month, 200 pages
- Professional — $49/month, 800 pages
- Business — $99/month, 2,000 pages
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of a charge if the Service failed to perform as described. Contact us at the email below. We reserve the right to decline refunds for usage already consumed.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Kashfbank to process documents you do not own or are not authorized to process, to attempt to reverse-engineer the AI extraction system, to circumvent usage limits, or for any unlawful purpose.
Data and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all documents you upload and data you export. We claim no rights over your financial data. The Service, its design, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable laws.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Extracted data is provided for convenience and may contain errors. Always verify exported data against your original statements before use. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any financial loss, data inaccuracy, or damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
