By downloading or using Tasbih ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Do not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using methods other than the provided interface.

Purchases and Subscriptions

• Monthly subscription
• Lifetime (one-time) purchase

All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Fees are subject to Apple’s terms and local taxes.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Please submit refund requests through your Apple ID purchase history.

Content and Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.

Privacy

We do not collect personal data. For details, see the Privacy Policy available within the App and on our website.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
