> AI engineering. Agentic systems. Fractional CTO. Product architecture and the hard conversations that come with it.

**I work with one GCC founder at a time. Two-week sprint to six-month embed. No deck. No retainer-for-nothing.**

## The AI work other agencies won't finish.

### AI Engineering

LLM products that survive production. Evals, latency, cost, fallbacks — the work between a demo and a feature.

- Eval harness wired to your real use cases (offline + online)

- Latency and cost budget per request, with monitoring

- Prompt + model versioning so you can roll back safely

- Fallback strategy for when the model is wrong, slow, or down

- A handover document your team can actually maintain

### Agentic Systems

Agents that can actually finish a task. Tool use, planning loops, recovery, and the boring guardrails.

- Tool design — tight schemas, predictable failures, observability

- Planning loop with step budgets and recovery strategies

- Eval suite covering happy path, edge cases, and adversarial input

- Human-in-the-loop hooks where they belong

- Production deployment and a rollback plan

### RAG & Knowledge

Retrieval that returns the right chunk. Embedding choice, chunking strategy, evals, and refresh pipelines.

- Embedding + chunking strategy chosen against your real corpus

- Hybrid retrieval (vector + keyword + rerank) tuned to your data

- Eval harness with retrieval quality and end-to-end answer scores

- Knowledge refresh pipeline and ingestion tooling

- Cost and latency profile your CFO won't argue with

## And the parts that hold a company together.

### Product Architecture

The technical decisions you'll regret in 18 months — made deliberately, with you, now.

### Product Management

Specs, prioritization, and the trade-off conversations your team isn't having yet.

### UI / UX Design

Interfaces that feel finished. End-to-end design with the engineer who'll ship it — same person.

### Team Lead

Embedded engineering leadership when you need direction without committing to a permanent hire.

### Fractional CTO

Senior tech ownership without the headcount. Hiring, architecture, vendor calls, board updates — all of it.

## Three steps. No mystery.

### 01 — Discovery call

30 minutes. We figure out if the work is real, urgent, and a fit. No deck.

### 02 — Scope & sprint

Engagement scoped in writing. Weekly demos. No surprises, no monthly invoices for nothing.

### 03 — Handover

Docs, recordings, and a system your team can run without me. I'm one Slack message away after.

## Most of these come up on the first call.

### What does an engagement look like?

Anywhere from a 2-week scoped sprint (audit, prototype, AI integration) to a 3–6 month embed as fractional CTO or tech lead. We figure out the shape on the discovery call.

### Do you do retainers or only project work?

Both. Retainers make sense for fractional CTO and ongoing engineering leadership. Project pricing makes sense for sprints and AI builds.

### Where are you based?

Dubai, UAE. I work with founders across the GCC — Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Manama, Kuwait City — and remote globally. I'll travel for kickoffs.

### Can I hire you to join my team for a few months?

Yes. The most common shape: a 3–6 month embed where I act as fractional CTO or senior IC, ship code, lead engineers, and hand off cleanly.

### Do you only work on AI products?

AI is what I lead with, but I take on product architecture, fractional CTO, and design work that has nothing to do with AI. The portfolio shows the breadth.

### How do you charge?

Per engagement, scoped against outcomes — not hourly. We talk numbers on the discovery call once the scope is clear.
