Privacy Policy — TipOut

This Privacy Policy explains how TipOut ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") handles your information. The short version: we do not collect, store, or share any personal data from you.

• We do not collect any personal information.
• We do not track you across apps or websites.
• We do not use analytics, advertising, or profiling tools.
• We do not set up external accounts or identifiers for you.

TipOut stores all shift data, crew templates, and settings locally on your device using SwiftData. This includes tip amounts, employee names, hours, and payout records. None of this data is transmitted to our servers or any third party — we do not operate servers for this App.

TipOut Pro is available as a monthly subscription:

Purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat may receive a non-identifying purchase token from Apple to verify your entitlement. We do not receive your payment details (credit card number, billing address). You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

All app data (shifts, templates, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store data on our systems. Your data remains on your device under your control and is protected by iOS security features.

TipOut does not require camera, location, contacts, or microphone access. No sensitive system permissions are requested.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Since no data is collected by the App, there is no risk of inadvertent collection from minors.

We do not collect, process, or sell personal data. Since all data lives locally on your device, you control it entirely — you can delete the App at any time to remove all stored data. If you have questions, contact us.

Apple App Store — handles all purchases and subscriptions in accordance with Apple's terms and privacy policy.

RevenueCat — manages subscription entitlements. RevenueCat may process a non-identifying purchase token. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.

We do not integrate analytics, advertising networks, or data brokers.

If we change how the App handles data, we will update this Privacy Policy and revise the effective date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
