Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using TipOut ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

The App is provided for personal and professional use in restaurant and hospitality settings. Tip calculations provided by the App are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable labor laws, tip pooling regulations, and FLSA requirements in your jurisdiction. Do not misuse the App or attempt to access it through unauthorized methods.

Purchases and Subscriptions

• TipOut Pro — Monthly subscription

All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements. We do not receive your payment details. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Fees are subject to Apple's terms and applicable local taxes.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Please submit refund requests through your Apple ID purchase history or at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Disclaimer on Tip Calculations

TipOut provides tip distribution calculations as a convenience tool. Results are based on the data you enter. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or legal compliance of any calculation. Always verify results and consult a legal or HR professional for guidance on tip pooling compliance.

Content and Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.

Privacy

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages — including lost wages, labor disputes, or regulatory penalties — arising from your use of or reliance on the App.

Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
